To get started, please schedule a pre-enrollment call so I can get to know you! Once we decide if it is mutually beneficial to work together, I'll walk you through the service options and recommend what I believe is the best option based on the pre-enrollment questionnaire.

All services will include regular check-ins (in person or phone) with your coach, as well as tasks and goals to work on between sessions. Coaching assistance will continue outside of regular check-ins via email and/or text, so you feel supported throughout the program.

Results typically start in as little as 21 days. However, I believe that in order to provide lasting results and lifestyle change, a full Transformation Package lasting 12 weeks is the best approach to tackle all components of the Primal Blueprint.

Lifestyle Package - This package is focused on slowing life down and getting your body and mind on the same page. We won't focus on the food and exercise components, instead focusing on optimizing your sleep, managing stress, forming stronger relationships and finding what makes you thrive!

Nutrition & Fitness - This package is designed to cover the nuts and bolts around building a new relationship with food and exercise. We will establish new eating habits by cleaning out your pantry, re-learning how to grocery shop and diving into cooking delicious food. For fitness, we will build a custom exercise regime that matches your fitness goals and energy levels. We will ensure fitness becomes an integrated component of your daily routine and not something that you dread!
